Is this a center?

No. We are a state licensed family home. We operate out of our home.


What ages do you accept?

We accept children ages birth to school age.


Do you have current openings?

We currently have 2 immediate openings for children ages 18 months to 5 years.

We are also taking reservations for 2 infant openings age 6 weeks to 17 months for children starting in or after November 2018.


Is there a registration fee?

No. We do not charge a registration fee. However, we do ask for the first weeks tuition as a deposit which will hold your spot during the application process.


What meals are served?

We provide breakfast, lunch, and snacks during the day. Parents are asked to provide formula.


What do parents have to provide?

We ask that parents provide infant formula, diapers, and wipes. We also ask that parents have at least two changes of weather appropriate clothes in the child’s cubby.


How much is tuition?

Please call us. Full time tuition is $155 per week. We do offer sibling discounts and reduced summer rates for teachers.


Do you reserve spots for infants?

Please call us about upcoming openings. Full time tuition is $155 per week. We will reserve a space for an infant with a deposit equal to one weeks tuition. The deposit is nonrefundable and will be applied to your first week of care.  Please fill out the parent_reservation_forms.


 Do you accept before/after school children?

At this time we are unable to accept before/after school children.


Do you accept part time students?

As long as we have openings we will be glad to work with you!


Do you accept drop in students?

As long as we have openings we will be glad to work with you!


Can we print your enrollment forms?

Yes. View our parent_enrollment_forms here. You are welcome to print them off, fill them in, and bring them with you.

Do you have an Emergency Preparedness Plan?

Do you take CCMS?

Yes we are a CCMS provider. If you visit our facility and would like to have your child attend here please contact your caseworker and let them know. Academy of Learners will work with your caseworker to get you enrolled.


If you take CCMS… what will I owe?

CCMS reimburses part of your tuition. You have an established parental share responsibility that is owed and, depending on the amount that CCMS reimburses and your hours there might be additional tuition owed (determined on a case-by-case basis).
